Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the JuggleVision mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service
JuggleVision is a mobile application designed to help soccer players track and improve their juggling skills through:
- Manual juggle counting with tap-to-count functionality
- AI-powered automatic juggle detection (Plus subscription)
- Video recording with custom overlay
- Progress charts and session history (Plus subscription)
- Global leaderboards (Plus subscription)
Apple App Store Standard End User License Agreement
Licensed Application End User License Agreement
Apps made available through the App Store are licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to each App is subject to your prior acceptance of either this Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"), or a custom end user license agreement between you and the Application Provider ("Custom EULA"), if one is provided.
Your license to use the Licensed Application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products running iOS (including but not limited to iPhone, iPad, iPod touch) that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that such Licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time
- Transfer, redistribute or sublicense the Licensed Application
- Copy (except as expressly permitted by this license and the Usage Rules), reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Licensed Application
Consent to Use of Data
You agree that the Application Provider may collect and use technical data and related information—including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals—that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you related to the Licensed Application. This information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, may be used to improve products or to provide services or technologies.
Termination
The license is effective until terminated by you or the Application Provider. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms and you may terminate this license at any time by deleting the Licensed Application and all copies thereof. Upon termination of the license, you shall cease all use of the Licensed Application and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Licensed Application.
Export Restrictions
You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the Licensed Application except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensed Application was obtained. In particular, but without limitation, the Licensed Application may not be exported or re-export to: (a) anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Person's List or Entity List; and (b) any country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods. By using the Licensed Application, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list. You also agree that you will not use these products for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture, or production of nuclear, missile, or chemical or biological weapons.
Subscription Services
Subscription Tiers
- Free: Manual counting, video recording with the score overlay, and personal progress, with ads
- Plus ($4.99/month or $49.99/year): AI counting, Import & Count, Edit Session, progress charts, leaderboards, and no ads
- Remove Ads ($7.99, one-time): Removes banner ads. Does not include Plus features
Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
- Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
- Refunds processed according to Apple's policies
- No partial refunds for unused subscription periods
Acceptable Use
You May:
- Use the App for personal juggling practice and improvement
- Share your achievements and videos publicly
- Participate in leaderboards and competitions
- Provide feedback and suggestions
You May NOT:
- Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Upload malicious content or spam
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Submit false or misleading juggling statistics
- Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or cheat detection systems
AI Detection and Accuracy
AI Features (Plus Subscription)
- AI detection is provided as a convenience feature
- Accuracy rates are estimates and may vary
- Results depend on lighting, camera quality, and conditions
- Manual counting remains available as an alternative
No Warranty on AI Accuracy
- We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI detection
- Use AI results at your own discretion
- Manual verification recommended for official records
- We are not liable for incorrect AI detections
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Rights
- The JuggleVision name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without written permission
- All App code, design, and functionality are protected by copyright
- AI models and algorithms are proprietary technology
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property
Your Rights
- You retain ownership of videos you create using the App
- You grant us limited rights to display your leaderboard statistics
- You may share content created with the App on social media
- We do not claim ownership of your juggling achievements or videos
Apple Standard EULA - Warranties and Liability
Warranty Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that the Licensed Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis and that your use of the Licensed Application or any reliance upon it is at your sole risk and discretion. The Application Provider and Apple disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties or conditions of merchantability, of satisfactory quality, of fitness for a particular purpose, of accuracy, of quiet enjoyment, and of non-infringement of third party rights.
The Application Provider and Apple do not warrant against interference with your enjoyment of the Licensed Application; that the functions contained in the Licensed Application will meet your requirements; that the operation of the Licensed Application will be uninterrupted or error-free; that any services will continue to be made available; that the Licensed Application will be compatible or work with any third party software, applications or third party services; or that defects in the Licensed Application will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge and agree that in no event shall the Application Provider or Apple be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, corruption or loss of data, failure to transmit or receive any data or information, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Licensed Application, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort or otherwise) and even if the Application Provider or Apple has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the Application Provider's or Apple's total liability to you for all damages (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00).

JuggleVision Specific Terms
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond Apple's Standard EULA terms
- Maximum liability limited to the greater of $50.00 (per Apple EULA) or amount paid for subscriptions
- We are not responsible for device damage or data loss
Health and Safety
- Use App responsibly and safely
- Take breaks to avoid repetitive strain
- Ensure adequate space for juggling activities
- We are not liable for injuries during App use
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
- Contact us first at jugglevision@lccode.dev
- We will attempt to resolve disputes informally
- Response within 10 business days
Binding Arbitration
- Disputes resolved through binding arbitration
- Arbitration conducted under American Arbitration Association rules
- Individual claims only (no class actions)
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
